During NYC Regional 2026 competition, our ETech Chargers Robotics Team competed at the NYC Regional—and what an incredible competition it was! After months of designing, building, testing, and refining their robot, Sparkyologist, our students went head-to-head against more than 50 teams from around the world.
This year’s team achieved something truly special—earning three major honors:

Imagery Award
Regional Championship
The competition didn’t start easily, but our students demonstrated resilience and determination, improving with every match they played. Our mentors are incredibly proud of how the team represented themselves and our school—not just through performance, but through sportsmanship. In fact, several teams personally thanked Jake for our students’ willingness to step in and help repair other robots!
