Student Spotlight

Spotlight - Student detail

  • Ashley

    Ashley is a 10th grade student at Energy Tech High School, who aspires to become a Forensic Anthropologist. She enjoys music and gymnastics. When asked about her experience while at Energy Tech High School, she shared that she likes the set-up of the classes and the small school environment, which allows her to make friends with everyone. She's currently involved in the Sustainability and Movie Clubs. Ashley's quote to live by is, "Only time will tell."

  • Jeff

    Jeff is a 10th grade student at Energy Tech High School. He enjoys playing video games and serving the community. After he graduates from Energy Tech, Jeff aspires to continue his college career. Jeff likes the support Energy Tech provides, since it's a small school and teachers are able to focus more on individual students. He's the President of the Community Service Club and is involved in Student Government. Jeff's quote to live by is, "You must always be ready to lose everything at any time of your life."

  • Jocelyn

    Jocelyn is a 9th grade student who aspires to pursue a career in Biomedical Engineering. She enjoys singing, reading, and playing guitar. She is currently participating in Energy Tech High School's Community Service and Music Appreciation Clubs. When asked about what she likes the most about Energy Tech High School, Jocelyn shared that she appreciates how ETHS has a very safe school environment. She stated, “I also appreciate how the staff values each student, taking into account the students' learning styles."   Jocelyn's quote to live by is, "The saddest thing to waste in life is potential."

Energy Tech is proud of its diverse student population, and of their many accomplishments and ways in which they participate in and contribute to our community. Visitors to our school site will immediately notice that there are pictures of our students and samples of their work throughout the hallways and in classrooms. It is important to us that our students are known and feel valued in our community.
